Cleeri ("Cleeri", "we", "us", or "our") helps wellness providers share and sell world class products and services with their communities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Cleeri platform (the "Platform"). It applies to Customers, Wellness Providers (Sellers), and Brand Partners (Vendors).
Plain Speak: We use data to run your account, power checkouts, attribute commissions, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve Cleeri. For external or affiliate purchases such as brand sites or Amazon, those merchants control checkout, refunds, and their own privacy practices.

2) What We Collect
a. Account and Profile Data
- Identifiers: name, email, password (hashed), phone if provided.
- Provider or Brand details: business name, address, licenses, store profile, product catalogs, commission settings.
b. Transaction and Order Data
- On platform orders: items, amounts, taxes, shipping info, status, and payment metadata from processors such as Stripe.
- Attribution data for commissions, coupons, pre loaded carts, and recommendations.
c. Affiliate or External Checkout Data
- Outbound link tracking parameters such as affiliate tags and provider IDs to attribute sales when reported by the program or merchant.
- We do not control external checkouts such as brand sites and Amazon. Those merchants may share de identified or summary data back for attribution and payouts.
d. Authentication and Integrations
- Google OAuth for sign in using email and basic profile. Use aligns with our Policy and Google Limited Use requirements.
- Partner integrations such as Shopify as authorized by you or your brand for catalog and order syncs subject to partner API rules.
e. Device and Usage Data
- IP address, browser or device details, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions to secure and improve the Platform.
- Cookies or similar technology for session management, analytics, and fraud prevention. See Cookies below.
3) How We Use Information
- Operate the Platform: account creation, store setup, catalog, orders, payouts, and support.
- Attribution and Commissions: track provider or brand credit on platform and when available for affiliate sales.
- Payments: process via third party processors such as Stripe and disburse commissions and payouts.
- Security: detect and prevent fraud and abuse, protect accounts, and ensure policy compliance.
- Improve Cleeri: analytics, product research, personalization, and service quality.
- Communications: transactional emails or SMS such as receipts and alerts, and marketing with your consent and easy opt out.
- Legal: comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, and enforce agreements.

Contract meaning provide the service
We process data as needed to run your account, take payments, fulfill orders, and attribute commissions.
Legitimate interests meaning security, fraud prevention, and product improvement
We use minimal data for platform security, abuse prevention, analytics, and experience improvements. We balance these interests against privacy.
Consent meaning marketing, certain cookies, and specific integrations
Where required, we ask for consent and you can withdraw it at any time. Examples include marketing emails or SMS and non essential cookies.
Legal obligation meaning tax, accounting, and compliance
Some processing is required by law. Examples include maintaining tax records, payout records, and accounting records.
4) Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and local storage for sign in, session continuity, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can control cookies through your browser. Some features may not work without them.
5) Sharing and Disclosures
- Service Providers and Processors: payment processors such as Stripe, cloud hosting, analytics, and support tools. These providers are limited by contract to our services.
- Brand or Provider Connections: data needed to fulfill orders, verify commissions, or provide support.
- Affiliate or External Merchants: we pass attribution tags outbound. Merchants may return summary sales data for payouts.
- Compliance and Safety: to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business Transfers: in mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, information may transfer consistent with this Policy.
6) Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
Cleeri is not the merchant of record for most products or services whether purchased on the Platform or off the Platform. Refunds, returns, warranties, and chargebacks are handled by the selling provider or brand partner, or by the external merchant for affiliate orders. We are not responsible for issuing refunds. We will do our best to help the parties reach integrity based resolutions.
7) Your Choices and Rights
- Access or Update: review or edit your profile and account data in settings.
- Delete: request deletion and we will also deactivate your account. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and tax.
- Marketing: opt out at any time through email links or settings. Transactional messages will continue.
- Cookies: manage through browser controls.
- CPRA or GDPR: California, EU, and UK users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and an opt out from certain selling or sharing.
8) Data Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Platform, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Attribution and commission records may be retained for audit and tax purposes.
9) Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect data such as encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method is one hundred percent secure. Please use a strong password and safeguard your credentials.
10) Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11) International Data Transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross border transfers.
12) Third Party Sites and Integrations
When you follow affiliate links or use partner integrations, their privacy practices govern your data on their services. Please review those policies.
13) Special Notices
a. Google APIs
Cleeri use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
b. California Notice also called CPRA
- We collect identifiers, commercial information, internet or usage data, approximate geolocation, and professional information.
- Do Not Sell or Share: we do not sell personal information for money. If analytics or attribution uses are deemed sharing under CPRA, you can opt out by contacting us.
- Sensitive personal information: we do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics.
- Rights include access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt out of selling or sharing. We will not discriminate for exercising rights.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice such as email or in app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
